Maintenance, Support & Hosting Plans
The following information is needed before we can begin migrating or servicing your website. If you don’t know your hosting control panel login, username or password, contact the company to whom you pay your monthly or yearly hosting bill.
If you are a current or previous client of Swatch Junkie and we already have this information you can simply enter “ON FILE” and we will access the info from our records.
Once you hit submit, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. In this email you will also find a link to sign up for recurring payments, and manage billing settings. You are never locked into a contract and can cancel your maintenance plan at any time.*
Fees; Limitations on Refunds and Cancellation Fees
Client agrees to pay Swatch Junkie Creative LLC any and all fee(s) as billed in accordance with this Agreement. The fee(s) must be received prior to the start of any Maintenance Services. THE CLIENT FURTHER AGREES THAT, IN THE EVENT OF ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT BY CLIENT, NO REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. THE CLIENT FURTHER AGREES TO PAY UPON CANCELLATION ANY OTHER AMOUNTS DUE TO SWATCH JUNKIE CREATIVE LLC FOR WORK PROVIDED AT CLIENT’S REQUEST ABOVE AND BEYOND THE ALOTTED SERVICES OF MONTHLY AGREEMENT. SWATCH JUNKIE CREATIVE LLC IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE CLIENT’S CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OR OTHER PAYMENT MECHANISM FOR ANY AMOUNTS OWED UPON CANCELLATION.
*When you cancel your monthly billing, your service will remain in effect until your next scheduled monthly billing date, then will be cancelled and not renewed again.

Our Monthly Care Plans offer varying degrees of maintenace and support features such as:
– Website Content Updates (amount of time depends on package)*
– Discounted Website Content Update Prices
– Software Core, Theme and Plugin Updates (important for security)
– Database Cleaning & Optimization*
– Security Monitoring*
– Uptime Monitoring
– Scan and Fix Broken Links*
– Daily, Weekly or Monthly Database Backups with Restore (depending on plan chosen)*
When we handle these important maintenance tasks, which are recommended for ALL WordPress sites to keep them secure from potential security risks, and running smoothly, you don’t have to worry about doing them yourself on a daily or weekly basis.
Please note, if you choose to do these updates yourself, or not at all, and something breaks your site, or it is breached in some way, there will be additional fees incurred to fix any damage that has occurred. If we are doing the updates on a monthly plan and a plug-in or theme update breaks the site, we fix it at no charge.
